Cloud Giants is pleased to announce Jeff Finken as Chief Strategy Officer.
With over 20 years of experience with CRM, he is a key member of the senior leadership team at Cloud Giants, bringing his expertise and business acumen to key decisions about the company and its future.
Jeff has worked with over 100 organizations on customer experience projects including CRM market analysis, competitive product analysis, CRM selection, Salesforce implementation, CPQ implementation, and customer journey mapping. Additionally, he has led teams through enterprise roll-outs, and engaged in due diligence and integration for M&A activities.
In 2005, Jeff co-founded Madrona Solutions Group with a focus on CRM and analytics. During this time, he developed a team and processes in support of key customers including Microsoft, Expedia, Volvo, Nordstrom, and numerous mid-sized businesses. The firm was acquired by West Monroe Partners in 2013.
Jeff has worked with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Community Cloud, Salesforce CPQ Software (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing Software as well as numerous integrations with NetSuite, Intacct, and SAP.

As CSO, Jeff will focus on strategic engagements with key customers as well as working closely with the leadership team on the direction of the firm.
